I’m Laura, born and raised in North Manchester, UK, a proud Mancunian who fell head over heels for the endless sunshine, breath taking ocean waves, and dramatic mountain scenery of Tenerife. Fifteen years ago, what started as a simple two-week holiday turned into the best decision of my life: I took the plunge and made this beautiful island my permanent home.
As a naturally bubbly, social butterfly who loves a good natter, settling in was easy. Over the last decade and a half, I’ve immersed myself in the local culture, picked up three new languages, and completely mastered the Tenerife tourist and excursion trade. After years of working alongside the best operators on the island, opening my own shop in October 2021 was the next natural step. I wanted to create a welcoming hub built on fair prices, honest advice, and genuine community spirit.
